Devaragunda Venkappa Sadananda Gowda (born 18 March 1953) is an Indian politician serving as the Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers in the Government of India representing the Bangalore North constituency. He had also served as the 20th Chief Minister of Karnataka. He as previously served as the Minister of Law and Justice, having been shifted from the Ministry of Railways in the cabinet reshuffle of 5 July 2016. At the end of the previous Lok Sabha, he was the Minister of Statistics and Planning.
